Finding your way to the Hispanic Theological Initiative
The Hispanic Theological Initiative is located
at 12 Library Place on the campus of the Princeton Theological Seminary
in Princeton, New Jersey. Getting to the campus is not difficult
thanks to the various forms of transportation available in the Northeast.

Arriving by Car
From the New Jersey Turnpike
*Take Exit 8A Cranbury.
Turn right onto Rt. 32 west after the toll, following signs to Cranbury
and Rt. 130. Take Rt. 130 south. At the second light, turn right
onto Dey Road. Continue on Dey Road for about 5 miles into Plainsboro.
At a traffic light turn right onto Scudders Mill Road. Take Rt.
1 south toward Princeton. Follow directions from Rt. 1 south.
From Interstate 95
*Take exit 8B (Rt. 583, Princeton Pike North). Proceed five miles
north to Seminary.
From Route 206
*southbound, follow 206S into Princeton. At traffic light in Princeton
turn right onto Stockton St. (This is Rt. 206S continuing.) Turn
left at first light onto Library Place and continue to the Seminary.
*northbound, from 206N get onto I-295N (which becomes I-95S after
crossing Rt. 1). Take exit 8B (Princeton Pike North) and follow
five miles to the Seminary.
From Route 1
*southbound, take the Alexander Rd. west exit toward Princeton,
which follows quickly after the Washington Rd. traffic light. Follow
Alexander Rd. (which becomes Alexander St.) to the Seminary.
*northbound, follow Rt. 1 north across the Delaware River through
Trenton until you reach I-95 in Lawrenceville, NJ. Take I-95S to
Exit 8B (Princeton Pike North) and proceed five miles to the Seminary.
From the Pennsylvania Turnpike
*Take exit 28 (marked Philadelphia) and follow Rt. 1 North for a
few miles. Take the exit for I-95N into New Jersey. Follow directions
from I-95 above.
Arriving by Air
From Newark Airport
*The Princeton Airporter Limousine service takes you to the Nassau
Inn in Princeton; call for schedule and reservations: (800) 385-4000
or (609) 587-6600 or on the web: http://www.goairporter.com/ OR
*The Airlink bus takes you to the Newark train station. Take New
Jersey Transit southbound "Trenton Local" train. Get off
at Princeton Junction (see by Train).
From Philadelphia Airport
*Take the airport train or limousine to 30th Street Station; purchase
a SEPTA/NJ Transit ticket to take a SEPTA train to Trenton and a
New Jersey Transit train to Princeton Junction (see by Train).
Arriving by Bus
From Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City
(41st St. and 8th Ave.)
*Purchase ticket to Princeton at windows 16-19 on the first floor.
Board bus on the third floor (fourth level) at gates 420-422. The
bus leaves every half hour between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on weekdays
and between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on weekends, and every hour
on the hour until 1:00 a.m. The trip is one and one-half hours.
Ask the driver to let you off at the end of Nassau St. where it
meets Mercer St. and Route 206 in Princeton and walk to the Seminary.
Arriving by Train
From New York (and north) and Philadelphia (and
south)
*New Jersey Transit services Princeton from the north (New York,
Newark), with connecting service from the south (Trenton, Philadelphia,
Baltimore, Washington). Some AMTRAK trains stop at Princeton Junction.
Take the train to Princeton Junction and transfer to the shuttle
train (the "Dinky") into Princeton. Walk or take a cab
to the Seminary. Approximate walking time: 5 minutes.
